Our color collection
The lights from our color Collection have been powder coated by a professional company. A number of advantages of powder coating include good UV and weather resistance. Powder coating is also available in an almost unlimited range of colours, gloss levels and metallic and textured effects. Furthermore, the impact on the environment is low, because no solvents are used and the amount of coating waste after processing is minimal.

For the lamps that we have powder coated, we choose modern colors that match the current interior trends. Because the shells are coated in one colour, both the top and the bottom are the same colour. It is not possible to powder coat a bowl in multiple colours.

Powder coating process
Before the shells of a lamp are powder coated, they must first be stripped. The old paint layer is completely removed. After the shells have been stripped by a stripper, they are blasted. After blasting, they are powder coated and go into the oven. The coating hardens slowly in the oven. It takes an average of six weeks to have a lamp stripped and powder coated.

Custom powder coating
If you are looking for a unique light, you can certainly find it in our color collection. We can also powder coat a large part of our lights on request. By choosing a custom powder-coated light, you can choose both the color and the finish of the lamp. In this way you create a light that perfectly matches your interior.
