Delivery time and delivery

Welcome to our Delivery Time and Delivery page. Here we answer the most frequently asked questions about when your order will ship, how to pick it up, shipping costs, order status, delivery schedule and more.

When will my order be shipped?

After placing your order, we will start working for you immediately. Generally, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

Can I also pick up my order?

You can pick up your order in our showroom in Berkel en Rodenrijs by appointment. As soon as we receive your order, we will contact you to make an appointment.

What are the shipping costs?

The indicated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart after you have added your products. We ship all our products well packaged and registered with Post NL.

Can I track the status of my order?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email from Post NL. There you will find Track & Trace information, so you can follow the package to your door. After receiving your order you have a reflection period of 14 days.

When will my order be delivered?

Post NL often delivers packages within the Netherlands the next working day. Parcels to European Union countries are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. Parcels to countries outside the European Union are usually delivered within 5 to 15 working days.

Which payment method can I pay with?

We accept various payment methods, namely i-Deal, Apple Pay, Bancontact and Paypal. Would you prefer to receive an invoice that you pay by bank transfer? That’s no problem either, feel free to contact us.

Can I still change the delivery address after my order?

If you have accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can easily change the delivery address for you.

Can I return my order?

We are only satisfied when you are. We use a return period of 14 days, in which you have the choice to exchange or return an item.
