Shipping costs depend on the chosen postal service. We appreciate if you inform us of the chosen postal service so we can handle everything smoothly. Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
For orders placed outside the European Union, the shipping fees will be deducted from the total amount refunded. This means that the initial shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

If you are not satisfied with your order within 14 days of receipt, you can return the product without any worries. Our return service applies to products that meet the following conditions:

- The product is carefully packaged for return shipment.
Exceptions to Returns: Custom-Made Custom-made products,
specially made for you, are an exception to our return service. This includes, among other things:
- Products with cord length or color customized to your preferences.
- Lamps with your chosen powder coating color.
- Adjustments to the fitting according to your preference.

Is another product more to your liking? No problem at all. Within 14 days, you can exchange your order for a different item. Send the product back to us, or bring it to our showroom. Let us know which product you wish to exchange for.
