About us
Every week we place new vintage Scandinavian lamps on the site. We only sell vintage lamps and collect them ourselves in Scandinavia. The lamps are then cleaned and rewired where necessary. If the paint of a lamp is in poor condition, we will have the lamp re-powder coated by a specialized company. If a lamp has been re-powder coated, this is always described in the advertisement. We never repaint the lamps ourselves. If a lamp has light paint damage, we will not update it. This means that the lamps can have paint damage, in our opinion this is also part of these lamps. Please take a careful look at the photos to get a good impression of the condition. If you are unsure about the condition of a lamp, please contact us.
Delivery of your order
All our products are carefully packed and sent by registered mail with Post NL. We aim to dispatch your order within one to five business days. It is also possible to pick up the lamps in Berkel en Rodenrijs. If your order does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to return it to us. As soon as we have received your order, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs. Please send us a message so we know that a package is on its way to us.

History
The history of the Holmegaard Glassworks began in 1825, when Count Christian Danneskiold-Samsøe asked the King of Denmark for permission to establish a glassworks at Holmegaard Mose. However, the Earl died in 1823 without receiving an answer to his request. His widow, Countess Henriette Danneskiold-Samsøe, decided to continue the project when she received permission from the king to establish a glassworks shortly after her husband’s death.
The factory would be located in the peat bog because there was enough fuel there to produce the high temperatures for the glass kiln. The first production at the Holmegaard Glassworks started in 1825. In the beginning, the factory only produced green bottles, but Henriette also wanted to produce clear glass cups, and the Bohemian glassblowers were able to manufacture these. The history of Holmegaard glassworks is the story of a few small glassworks in a peat bog, which grew into a large modern group over a period of 185 years. In the 20th century, artists emerged and designed and shaped Holmegaard’s glass products. This was the beginning of a long and proud tradition and as a result, even today some of the best artists in Denmark are associated with Holmegaard’s glass production.

Verner Panton Verpan Pantop black new in box Ø30 cm
€ 145.00Add to cartThe Pantop pendant lamp, designed in 1980, is one of the later works of Verner Panton, the renowned designer and architect from Denmark. The chalice-shaped aluminum shade, which opens downwards, has something graceful and elegant, which this lamp expresses in a very simple way. Pantop is the ideal luminaire for anyone who appreciates the reduced, elegant design of the Scandinavian style, but does not want to miss the design factor. The pendant luminaire fits harmoniously into the overall concept of interior design and provides cosy, glare-free lighting, especially for dining and kitchen tables. This light source from Verner Panton is a universally applicable furnishing object just as suitable for private purposes as it is for basic lighting in cafés and restaurants.
