Raadvad bread slicer black
This Danish invention is ideal for cutting bread. This Raadvad bread slicer in black has a razor-sharp stainless steel blade and a wooden board on which you can place the bread. Then you determine the desired thickness of the bread and let the guillotine do its job. In addition to bread, the Raadvad is also extremely suitable for cutting vegetables, meat and cheese, for example.
Although the Raadvad breadslicer is still used daily in Denmark, the Raadvad is often used for decoration in the Netherlands. The Raadvad is a cool eye-catcher for, for example, the hospitality industry, specialty shops and bakers. The design of the Raadvad is a Danish classic. Keep it away from children because the blade is razor sharp!

History Raadvad
The Raadvaddam factory was founded in 1759 in the Danish town of Raadvaddam. The factory did not focus on luxury goods, according to a catalog of the factory from 1805, but on useful goods for professionals. This philosophy has never changed. Raadvad has started to specialize in the products of very good quality knives and bread cutters. This also included a name change, the name of the factory changed to: Raadvad Knife factories. The factory has been in existence for over 250 years and is internationally known for its high quality. Ove Larsen designed the Raadvad bread slicer in 1939. The design has become a Danish Design icon!
