Vintage magnetic lamps in the color Brown from the Danish brand Lyskaer type 239. With the ball magnet lamp from Lyskaer you bring the 50s into your home. You attach the spot near your bed, above the kitchen counter or another good place, remove the bulb and set it in the right direction using the built-in magnet. So you always have light where you need it.
Usage
The Ball Magnet wall lamp is built around a spherical shade, with an opening in the bottom. This shade has a diameter of 12 cm, while the whole ensemble is 16 cm wide, so that the lamp does not penetrate into interior spaces. Light streams down from the rounded diffuser, which has been carefully shaped to minimize glare, while effectively illuminating reading areas, beds and computer desks.
The spherical sphere can be placed on the foot in the desired position. The magnet in the base allows you to easily turn the lamp so that the light always shines in the desired place. The lamp is also easy to assemble. You can fix the base to the wall with one screw.

History
This model was introduced to the market in the 1950s. Benny Frandsen designed the model and in the following years it was marketed by various manufacturers. This model was especially popular in the 1970s. The manufacturer Lyskaer was founded in the 1960s. The production of the Ball Magnetic Lamp has contributed to the success of the company. In the meantime, after more than 70 years, this lamp is still known and highly sought after. The iconic design of the lamp has now become a Mid-century Danish design icon!
