About us
Every week we place new vintage Scandinavian lamps on the site. We only sell vintage lamps and collect them ourselves in Scandinavia. The lamps are then cleaned and rewired where necessary. If the paint of a lamp is in poor condition, we will have the lamp re-powder coated by a specialized company. If a lamp has been re-powder coated, this is always described in the advertisement. We never repaint the lamps ourselves. If a lamp has light paint damage, we will not update it. This means that the lamps can have paint damage, in our opinion this is also part of these lamps. Please take a careful look at the photos to get a good impression of the condition. If you are unsure about the condition of a lamp, please contact us.
Delivery of your order
All our products are carefully packed and sent by registered mail with Post NL. We aim to dispatch your order within one to five business days. It is also possible to pick up the lamps in Berkel en Rodenrijs. If your order does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to return it to us. As soon as we have received your order, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs. Please send us a message so we know that a package is on its way to us.

Design PH 4/3 hanging lamp
Poul Henningsen designed the system with 3 screens as early as 1925-1926, where PH, in collaboration with Louis Poulsen, designed the first lamps for an exhibition in Paris. The collaboration with Louis Poulsen lasted until his death in 1967. PH spent his life trying to create glare-free light, directing the light where it was needed and creating soft shadows using the incandescent lamp as the light source. The PH 4/3 metal pendant was launched in 1966. It is designed on the same principle as the other 3 screen system and based on a logarithmic spiral, with the focal point of the light source being in the center of the spiral. This lamp is a simplified model of the lamp that PH designed in 1929. The lamp then brought the highest honor at the World Exhibition in Barcelona.
Poul Henningsen
The hugely influential and courageous designer, architect, author and cultural critic Poul Henningsen (1894-1967) left his mark in many areas of Danish thought and design, and his legacy is an integral part of Louis Poulsen’s work to shape light. to give. The starting point for how we design and shape our light can be traced back to Poul Henningsen’s three screen system from 1926, which he invented to reduce the unpleasant glare and improve the light in his lamps.
Louis Poulsen
Louis Poulsen’s goal is not just to design lamps. By shaping light from a lamp, Louis Poulsen wants to create an atmosphere in which people feel good, both inside and outside. The shape of the light creates space and the products should live harmoniously in the space they define – indirect, soft and inviting.

Danish lighting
The uniqueness of Danish lighting is that lighting and cosiness are closely linked. Danish lamp design is not just about form. So the purpose of the Danish lamp is not just to provide light, but to continue to create beautiful design objects that both adorn and provide cozy light in Danish homes.
