Horn Belysning
Horn Belysning, also known as ES Horn, has been producing lamps in Denmark since 1952. Horn’s success included IKEA being a key customer for a number of years. The company is listed on the stock exchange and in 1991 it bought the also listed company Lyskær-Lyfa A / S. Lyskaer Lyfa at that time consisted of various companies such as: Lyskær, LYFA, ABO and Fog & Morup.
From the late 90’s Horn Belysning came in heavy weather. Despite the sale of several parts, the company was unable to come up with profitable figures. Ultimately, the company was renamed Lightyears in 2005. With new designers and designs, lamps in the high-end segment were presented.
